Registration Procedure: You may register online, by phone or mail. To register by phone, call (801) 654-1690.  All phone registration must be paid by credit card at the time of the call.  To register online go to www.theatreartsconservatory.com.  If you prefer NOT to pay online, a  "Mail-In" registration form is also available at checkout. All registrations are processed in the order they are received.

Payment: Full payment by check or credit card is required in order to secure your space in the class. When registering at Theatre Arts Conservatory you are committing to the full eight months of training. Upon registering you are financially obligated to pay for the full eight months of classes. No refunds will be given mid-year, for any reason. If you choose to pay by one of our payments plans, tuition must be paid by credit card and future payments will be deducted automatically when payment is due. (Does not apply to summer classes.)

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration any time after it has been processed, up to the first day of class, we will refund tuition less a $25 service charge. After the first day of class, no refund will be given.

Returned Checks: A $20 service charge will be attached to any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.

Financial Assistance: Theatre Arts Conservatory has a limited number of need-based scholarships. Please call for an application.

Class Size: We do maintain and enforce enrollment limits. Limits vary based on the age-range of the students and the type of program.

Class Cancellations: Theatre Arts Conservatory reserves the right to cancel any class if enrollment is insufficient.  Any tuition paid will be refunded in full.
